"Yesterday we had dinner at Blue Marlin and, honestly, I was expecting a bit more. ▪ Tonnarelli cacio e pepe: fair, average. ▪ Linguine with sea urchins: fair, nothing to complain about. ▪ Octopus and potatoes: a dish that needs to be completely reworked. Unfortunately, it totally lacked flavor and was presented in a very simple way, with just a slice of potato and a piece of octopus placed on top. As served, it felt like something we could have easily prepared at home. Not recommended at the moment. A restaurant with potential, but some dishes definitely need to be improved in order to meet the expectations of the place."
